This page explains what the Spektris marketing website collects and how its examples work.

Demo requests

The form collects your name, work email, company, and any workflow description you choose to share. It saves your request, a reference number, and the submission time so Spektris can review and follow up. Spektris may update the request’s sales stage as that conversation progresses. Access to the lead inbox is restricted to the authorized site owner.

A general description of your workflow is enough. Please do not include credentials, customer records, or confidential operational details. For questions about your request or to ask for its deletion, email ryan@spektris.ai.

Abuse prevention

Cloudflare Turnstile checks demo submissions for automated abuse. The verification widget sends technical browser and device signals to Cloudflare under Cloudflare’s privacy policy. The website uses your IP address as a temporary Cloudflare rate-limit key. Spektris does not save that address or verification tokens in its lead database. Verification failures may prevent a request from being submitted; you can email Ryan directly instead.

Website activity

The website counts page views and selected interactions, such as exploring an example, using the planner, downloading an overview, or submitting the form. The inbox reports a rolling 90-day window of daily aggregate counters. Older counters are deleted when new activity is recorded. They do not contain visitor identifiers, form contents, query strings, or browsing histories. They are event counts, not unique-visitor or verified conversion measurements. The website’s activity tracking respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals and does not use analytics cookies or third-party marketing analytics.

Interactive examples and planner

The example investigations use illustrative data and do not connect to business systems. Calculations and reference-packet inspection run in your browser. Entered planner values and inspected packet contents are not sent to the website server.

Booking and video providers

If a scheduling link is available, following it opens the booking provider’s website. A recorded product video, when present, loads its player only after you choose to play it. These providers handle data under their own privacy terms.

Owner inbox preferences

Optional desktop alerts operate while the owner inbox is open. The browser stores the alert preference and a timestamp for recognizing new requests locally; lead names, emails, and workflow details are not stored in those preferences.
